Q1: Connection errors when i try to retrieve a route/map/poi.
A1: If you get an error connection message or the loading goes on forever. It usually means you do not have your internet connectivity setup correctly for third party software. To be able to retrieve map data or successfully acquiring a license it is required to have Direct TCP connectivity. So you either need a BES/MDS or Direct TCP from your carrier. If you have RIM OS 3.8 or higher, you can setup Direct TCP by going to Settings -> TCP of your BlackBerry. There you will find the fields APN, Username and Password. Contact your carrier to find out these details.

Q2: I cannot uninstall the BerryVine Product.
A2: To uninstall BerryVine Companion go to the "C:\Program Files\RSIC\BerryVine Companion 1.XX\" directory on the PC you installed the application from. There you will find a "bvc_uninstall.bat" uninstall batch file. Run it while your BlackBerry is connected to your PC/Laptop. After this BerryVine Companion is deleted from the device.
